Your position

Join our global, highly motivated, and collaborative team dedicated to supporting regional operations, enhancing our solutions approach, and driving effective business steering. In this role, you will engage with a diverse range of stakeholders worldwide, including the Management Team and regional leaders. Your responsibilities will include organizing and coordinating strategic initiatives to support our global organization. You will gather and synthesize diverse information, conduct financial analyses to advance business cases, and support regions in overseeing performance management for both group and regional teams.

Your tasks

• Leveraging the business model between regions, boosting the value proposition of our solutions
• Collaborating with internal departments such as Marketing and Solutions, Sales, R&D and FC&AT Competences Centers to achieve the regional priorities
• Supporting the business steering analysis – investigating the current and past trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Proactively challenging and driving continuous improvement of existing processes through optimization, standardization, and simplification of report

Your profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, finance, economics, business administration, accounting or similar areas of relevance
• A few years of experience in coordinating initiatives, with financial background
• Experience with refractory application and/or steel production
• Solid knowledge of Excel

Languages: English – advanced

Nice to have: Experience with SAP and/or Power BI

The annual gross salary for this full-time position starts at €70,000.00, with a competitive package based on qualifications, experience, and market values.
