About the job

Do you have a thorough understanding of global OEM and key account needs and requirements? Would you describe your skill set as a balanced combination of technical and commercial skills? Then this is the right opportunity for you: as a Global OEM & Key Account Manager for NFM (Non-ferrous Metals) & Cement you will be responsible for a vast array of activities and will benefit from a unique chance to grow, both professionally and personally. In this role, you will ensure an effective, accurate, and transparent communication both with internal branches of expertise, and with global business partners. You will travel internationally approximately 20-30% of your working time.

 

In addition, your tasks will include

  • Project coordination and intensive customer relationship management
  • Tender execution, price negotiations, framework-agreement elaboration
  • Budget responsibility, sales performance monitoring, business strategy adaptation
  • Technical assessment in search for potential improvements (value-added work)

You are a strong communicator with a collaborative attitude. With your great enthusiasm and creative mindset, you bring new ideas to the table, not only as an individual but also together with your colleagues. You work well in cross-functional teams and are not afraid to take responsibility and make decisions. With your hands-on mentality, structured approach and analytical skills, you proactively seek to improve the status quo. What we expect from you in terms of

 

Education & Skills

  • A degree in a technical or engineering science
  • Project management skills
  • Advanced MS-Office skills, incl. CRM365

 

Languages

  • English – Proficient/Fluent
  • German – will be considered an asset
  • Any other language will be considered as an asset

 

Work Experience

  • Several years of relevant working experience in the refractory industry
  • A comprehensive track record as a sales or technical project manager
  • Working experience in or for the NFM or Cement industries would be beneficial

The annual gross salary for this position will start from € 65.000,00 on a full-time basis, depending on your qualification and experience, as well as the amount of overtime and your level of seniority. We will make sure to offer you a competitive salary package that values your relevant background and that’s in line with market values.
