Global Process Expert - Attract-to-Grow (all genders)

Your position

RHI Magnesita is on a transformative journey to become a truly process-based organization. As part of this vision, Global Process Experts (GPEs) play a vital supporting role to Global Process Owners (GPOs) in defining, implementing, and continuously improving end-to-end processes. The Attract-to-Grow (AtG) process encompasses key HR functions such as time management, payroll, and HR master data, and is one of six core business processes in our company. In this role, you will provide subject matter expertise, analytics, and operational support to ensure global consistency, effective documentation, and successful transformation. You will also collaborate closely with Shared Service Centers, regional teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements and drive process excellence.

Your tasks

• Providing HR process expertise (payroll, time, master data) and supporting the GPO in building a global A2G process map and a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) library

• Documenting and maintaining SOPs, process flows, roles, and controls, ensuring alignment with global standards and accuracy across all materials

• Driving the adoption of new ways of working by replacing legacy processes, developing training materials, and supporting digital tool rollouts like SAP SuccessFactors

• Monitoring KPIs, SLAs, and OKRs through dashboards and reports to identify performance gaps and recommend targeted improvements

• Conducting Fit Gap analyses, managing deviations, and collaborating with SSCs, regional teams, and transformation partners to implement feedback-driven changes

• Piloting initiatives to resolve pain points, challenge the status quo, and propose simplifications or automation in line with corporate priorities

Your profile

• Proven success in Shared Services models, stakeholder management, and business transformation in HR processes, delivering measurable outcomes particularly within the AtG domain
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of process management methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
• Familiarity with HCM systems, preferably with SAP SuccessFactors
• Business-focused mindset with strengths in continuous improvement and project leadership
• Skilled at navigating complex, multicultural environments

Languages: English – fluent
