About the job

As an IT Business Partner, you are a part of our global Demand and Performance Management Team and will be reporting to the Head of Digital Transformation Office. You will act as a sparring partner for our internal stakeholders (customer and technical teams), by managing expectations and facilitating discussions about SAP improvements. Your day-to-day tasks will focus on collaborating with architecture and operations teams to ensure solution compatibility with company standards. In this role, you will also be a part of the global S/4HANA roll out, as well as occasional other global projects aiming at streamlining efficiency of our Digital Transformation journey.

In addition, your tasks will include

• Advising on the IT service catalogue
• Managing the IT portfolio (including IT Capex and roadmap planning) and project prioritizing together with project owners
• Coordinating resource estimates from service owners
• Monitoring the SLA adherence and process performance of IT services

What we expect from you in terms of

Education and Knowledge

• Preferably, a university degree in IT or similar
• In depth knowledge of SAP is a must; S/4HANA knowledge would be a considerable plus
• Knowledge of the ServiceNow system would be a significant advantage

Languages

• English – Proficient/Fluent

Work Experience

• Several years of relevant working experience

The annual gross salary for this position will start from € 75.000,00 (including overtime) on a full-time basis, depending on your qualification, experience, as well as your level of seniority. We will make sure to offer you a competitive salary package that values your relevant background and that’s in line with market values.
