Your position
As an IT Digital Workplace Professional, you will support the global and regional IT service teams at our headquarters in Vienna. The role involves contributing to stable IT operations, coordinating with central IT, regional teams, and external partners, and ensuring alignment with global standards and processes within an international and structured IT organization. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to maintain a reliable and efficient IT workplace environment across our plant in Vienna.
Your tasks
- Planning, installation, and configuration of the regional IT infrastructure (network and client/server) in coordination with central IT functions
- Providing regional user support (1st & 2nd level IT support) through a global ticketing system
- Ensuring the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of regional IT infrastructure in alignment with central IT functions
- Coordinating IT activities with central IT functions and external IT service providers
- Implementing new AI and digitalization technologies
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Information Technology or a related field (e.g., University, Applied Sciences)
- Few years of experience in IT operations and infrastructure support
- Solid knowledge of IT operations, system configuration, and IT infrastructure processes (e.g., operating systems, maintenance and deployment tools such as Windows Update Server or Windows Deployment Server)
- Technical expertise in configuring, customizing, and operating infrastructure components, including client/server architectures, PC hardware, messaging systems, and intranet environments
- Advanced experience in user support and extensive hands‑on professional experience in relevant IT roles
- Basic knowledge in:
- Virtualization technologies (VMWare, HyperV)
- Client/server environments (terminal servers)
- Office applications (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
- LAN / IT infrastructure (e.g., network components)
- Azure / Intune / MDM enviroment
- Active Directory administration
Languages: English - intermediate; German - fluent
Nice to have: A driver’s license for occasional travel between sites within Austria

The annual gross salary for this full-time position starts at 56,000.00 € with a competitive package based on qualifications, experience, and market values.
