Learning & Development Specialist with Recruiting Governance Responsibility (all genders)

Your position

In this role, you will partner closely with senior leadership to shape global people practices in a market-leading industrial company. You will define how leaders are developed and how talent is hired across 60+ countries, directly impacting business performance on a global scale. The position combines the design and delivery of engaging training programs (e.g. leadership, strategy, and future skills) with the coordination and continuous improvement of recruiting processes across regions. You will be part of a highly collaborative, international HR team with a strong mandate to modernize learning and recruiting practices while ensuring consistent standards and effective execution. This opportunity is well suited to someone who is passionate about people development, brings solid experience in recruiting processes, and thrives in an industrial, international environment. Occasional international travel may be required, depending on business needs.

 

Your tasks

Learning & Development

  • Identifying training needs and developing practical learning solutions aligned with business goals
  • Designing and delivering engaging training sessions (virtual and in-person) for operational and corporate functions
  • Driving the global rollout of modern, scalable learning solutions

 

Recruiting (Global Coordination)

  • Coordinating and standardizing global recruiting processes across regions, ensuring consistency and efficiency
  • Acting as a key contact for regional recruiters, aligning on standards, tools, and best practices
  • Driving employer branding initiatives and contributing to an outstanding candidate experience

 

Your profile

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in Learning & Development and/or Recruiting, ideally in an international environment
  • Experience in designing and delivering trainings confidently and impactful (both in virtual and in-person settings)
  • Familiarity with structured recruiting processes & candidate experience measures
  • Experience applying AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to improve learning design, content creation, or recruiting efficiency is a strong advantage

 

Languages: English – fluent, German – fluent

Nice to have: Certification in Training & Development, Instructional Design, Digital Learning (e.g., CPLP, ATD, Train the Trainer) or HOGAN

 

Our offer

The annual gross salary for this full-time position starts at €85,000.00, with a competitive     package based on qualifications, experience, and market values.
