About the job

As a trainee in the People and Culture Competence Center, you will be an integral part of our People & Culture team, closely working with our Rewards, Engagement, Digitization & Data sub-departments. You will ensure seamless coordination and alignment of competence center-related activities. You will work on SAP Success Factors, our cloud-based Human Resources Information System (HRIM) software, contributing to our digitalization journey. Together with the Total Rewards team, you will be involved in various projects, including but not restricted to data analytics. Furthermore, you will also engage with the entire P&C regional team, comprising local P&C business partners, talent development experts, and the talent acquisition team to contribute to broader HR initiatives to ensure a seamless people-centered approach.

 

In addition, your tasks will include:

  • Analyzing, and interpreting rewards and compensation data
  • Engaging in data-driven projects to enhance digital efficiency and effectiveness
  • Closely assisting and collaborating with our engagement team in the preparations of leadership seminars and other employee engagement-related activities

The recruitment process for the Global Trainee Program is a multi-stage process that spans several months from February 2024 to June 2024. The stages include the Video Application stage, the Interview stage, and the Assessment Center stage. Successful candidates will be issued their contracts in June 2024 and will start their position in September 2024.

With your hands-on mentality, structured approach, and analytical skills, you proactively seek to improve the status quo. What we expect from you in terms of

 

Education, skills & knowledge

  • A bachelor's or master’s degree in psychology, human resources, business administration, or similar fields of relevance
  • Data analytic skills and high affinity with Microsoft Excel and PowerBI

Languages

  • English – Proficient/Fluent
  • Any other language will be considered an asset

Work Experience

  • Initial work experience (internships etc.) in the field of human resources

The annual gross salary for this position will start from €50.286,00 on a full-time basis, depending on your qualifications as well as the amount of overtime. We will make sure to offer you a competitive salary package that values your relevant background and that’s in line with market values.
