About the job

As an SAP Process Consultant, you will report to the Head of Process Center of Excellence. In this role, you will focus on analyzing, improving, and governing Sales Distribution & Logistic Execution (SD & LE) support processes. As a service & support representative you’ll be a sparring partner to our key users in the region and you will manage stakeholders from different business areas. You will also participate in international, cross-functional projects such as the Transportation Management project (Oracle TMS) or the global S/4HANA project. Moreover, you will use your expert knowledge in service & support management to work on new strategies and technologies within our organization.

In addition, your tasks will include

• Leading demand & change management in the SD & LE area
• Evaluating support requests as a 2nd level support member to decide about changes and projects
• Presenting solutions of business analysis & functional specifications
• Giving trainings and improving knowhow of our users & key users

What we expect from you in terms of

Education and Knowledge

• Ideally, higher education in business administration, economics, IT, or similar
• Knowledge of S/4HANA, ITIL, ServiceNow, and Oracle TMS would be beneficial

Languages

• English – Proficient/Fluent
• Any other language is considered an asset

Work Experience

• A couple years of relevant working experience with SAP SD
• Experience in cross-functional module SAP LE-TRA/Oracle Transportation module would be a considerable plus

The potential annual gross salary for this position starts at € 53.000,00 on a full-time basis. We value your education, skills and experience and will make sure these are reflected accordingly in your final set salary.
