Your position
We are looking for a driven and accountable new team member for our Digital Transformation department to support our team in leading transformational projects and project teams across regions and business functions. You will be responsible for the Supplier Performance Management, i.e. checking if suppliers deliver according to their contractual obligations, and in case of escalations, aligning with the Project Leadership Teams and Procurement on the best strategy forward with the external suppliers in breaches and disputes. Defining the processes for reviewing and approving suppliers’ work and escalation paths as well as tracking the suppliers’ delivery against the contract, your results build the basis for the payments. In preparation for the checkpoint meetings, you put together the documentation and potentially a proposal for partial payments if the scope of the contract has not been delivered on time and/or in full. You play a key role in facilitating these meetings and do not shy away from challenging the suppliers on their delivery.
Your tasks
- Ensuring the project management tool tracks both project progress and supplier contract fulfillment
- Aligning with workstream leads and project managers to update deliverables and confirm suppliers meet acceptance criteria
- Enhancing Power BI reports for visualizing contract fulfillment and defining performance metrics for suppliers.
- Ensuring project teams understand contract details and define processes for additional supplier input
- Guiding teams on effective communication with suppliers, emphasizing documentation for deliverables tied to payments, risks, or delays
Your profile
- A master’s degree in business management/administration, IT, finance or similar
- Several years of experience in working with external suppliers / IT project delivery and consultants, e.g. as a Project Manager, in the Procurement, or Legal department
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Power BI
Languages: English – proficient/fluent; Any other language is considered an asset.

The annual gross salary for this full-time position starts at €75,000.00, with a competitive package based on qualifications, experience, and market values.
