About the job

We are looking for a full-time Project Manager for our Global Project Group department. As Project Manager, you will lead transformational projects and project teams across regions and business functions and thus will play a key role in the execution of our Strategy. You are driving the project’s lifecycle from planning, implementation to closure, including developing the change management strategies to ensure successful change implementation. Further, you are supporting the execution of the regional projects portfolio by conducting the regular project cycle reviews: analyzing the project statuses and providing recommendations for identified project-related improvement opportunities. You will be working in a diverse, dynamic, and performance-driven team with a good team spirit and humor. Open communication and collaboration are key to us.


In addition, your tasks will include

  • Giving regular updates towards project owner, steering committee, and other key stakeholders in the organization
  • Act as a mentor and first point of contact to expand project management capabilities across the project management community of the Europe/CIS/Turkey region.
  • Contribute to the improvement of RHIM’s project framework by collecting feedback from the Project Teams
  • Provide proper project status visibility through the maintenance of clean project documentation and regular update of the SAP PPM Tool and others alike

You work well in cross-functional teams and are not afraid to take responsibility and make decisions. With your hands-on mentality, structured approach and analytical skills, you proactively seek to improve the status quo. You see change as something positive, can adapt quickly and you like to courageously help shaping the future of RHI Magnesita.


What we expect from you in terms of


  • A master’s degree in business administration, finance, risk management or similar
  • Verifiable experience in managing programs and projects
  • Proven ability to work proactively, freely and in teams in an environment with tight deadlines



English – Proficient/Fluent

Any other language is considered as an asset

Depending on your experience, the potential annual salary range for this position is between € 50,000 and € 65,000 on a full-time basis. We value your education, skills and experience and will make sure these are reflected accordingly in your final set salary.
