About the job
As the Chief of Staff, you will play a critical role in supporting the Regional President in managing and executing key strategic initiatives, ensuring operational efficiency, and enhancing the overall effectiveness. In this position, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive organizational priorities and act as a trusted advisor to the Regional President for our Europe, CIS & Türkiye region. In this role you will travel up to 20% to different RHIM locations in the region.
In addition, your tasks will include
- Leading the development of executive briefings, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitating the decision-making process by preparing necessary materials, synthesizing information, and providing clear recommendations.
- Coordinating and monitoring of the progress of ongoing projects and providing regular updates to the Regional President.
- Providing the Regional President with key insights, feedback, and suggestions on regional performance, potential risks, and opportunities.
- Acting as a sounding board, offering constructive feedback on various initiatives, policies, and decisions.

What we expect from you in terms of
Education & Skills
- A bachelor’s degree, ideally in a technical field of studies
- A master’s degree in a technical field and/or MBA will be a plus
- Very good analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ideally business acumen and understanding of regional and market dynamics
Languages
- English – Proficient/Fluent
- Any other language will be considered an asset
Work Experience
- Several years of relevant professional experience in an impactful role, including project management, consulting or corporate operations
- Demonstrated experience in working closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams

The annual gross salary for this position will start from € 70,000 on a full-time basis, depending on your qualification and experience, as well as the amount of overtime and your level of seniority. We will make sure to offer you a competitive salary package that values your relevant background and that’s in line with market values.
