About the job

As a Sustainability Coordinator you are managing within the Sales region of Europe, CIS & Turkey and all their activities and projects related to this transformation. You interact closely with our multi-national Sales force across the regions and help support to translate the market demands into real solutions. Your task is to coordinate activities within multiple departments such as Sales, R&D, Product Management and Technical Marketing. You participate in finding creative technical solutions to undertaking challenges together with our experts.


Your Tasks

  • Coordinating activities in cross-functional way 
  • Prioritizing & removing roadblocks to continuously move tasks forward  
  • Organizing Sales & customer events 
  • Ensuring communication of achievements via various channels 
  • Participating in international conferences 


About You

You like to challenge yourself in a very exciting industry and you are eager to broaden your skills and knowledge about our various products. In daily business, you work on tasks and problems in a very analytical and structured way. Moving things forward by constantly striving for better solutions is one of your key talents. 


We are looking for someone with

  • A technical background & understanding that helps in the interaction within our technical departments to find and deliver the right solutions to our customers.
  • Excellent communication skills, creativity, and open-mindedness.
  • An excellent stakeholder management who can easily connect and exchange knowledge and together move ideas forward.
  • A hands-on mentality, who can actively and independently manage several projects.


Ideally you also have

  • A university degree in business, engineering, or any relevant technical field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Basic knowledge of the refractory industry.
  • Fluency in English is required and ideally German.

Your potential annual gross salary starts at € 50.000 on a full-time basis. We value your education, skills and experience and will make sure these are reflected accordingly in your final set salary.
