About the job

As a Talent Management Expert for our Region Europe, CIS and Türkiye, you will be supporting our business - mainly our production plants - in talent development related areas. Your main stakeholders will be plant managers and their leadership teams. You will initiate and drive various projects simultaneously, such as our apprenticeship initiative, work shift model changes and skills & competency analyses. In this role you will closely collaborate with all People & Culture areas, i.e., Talent Acquisition for recruitment, local and regional HR Business Partners for topics like retention, performance management and succession planning. In this position you will report to the Regional Head of People & Culture. You will be travelling around 20% of your worktime to our European plant locations. In addition you might be asked to contribute in global projects or due diligence and integration activities in the region.


In addition, your tasks will include:

  • Stakeholder management, mainly with Operations leadership teams across all locations and levels
  • Collaboration with the plant leadership teams along the entire employee life cycle, from employer branding over development actions to offboarding
  • Support of leadership teams with SAP SuccessFactors modules, i.e., performance management, goal setting, organizational management
  • Collection and analysis of relevant KPIs and other relevant data required for a data-driven P&C approach
  • Adaptation of global initiatives and their translation and implementation in the region


About you

Ideally, you have a good understanding of and thorough interest for our Operations business. You are a strong communicator with a collaborative attitude. With your great enthusiasm and creative mindset, you bring new ideas to the table, not only as an individual but also together with your colleagues. You work well in cross-functional teams and are not afraid to take responsibility and make decisions. With your hands-on mentality, structured approach and analytical skills, you proactively seek to improve the status quo. You see change as something positive, can adapt quickly and you like to courageously help shaping the future of RHI Magnesita.


What we expect from you in terms of


Education & Skills

  • University degree in Human Resources or a similar field
  • Proven knowledge of state-of-the-art workshop and training methodology
  • Ideally, proficiency in SAP Success Factors



  • Fluency in English
  • Advanced level of German is a must


Work Experience

  • A few years of professional experience in Learning & Development, ideally in a corporate environment
  • Proven capability of designing, planning and executing development actions
  • Experience in training & workshop facilitation & liaising with external providers

The annual gross salary for this position will start from € 65,000 on a full-time basis, depending on your qualification and experience, as well as the amount of overtime and your level of seniority. We will make sure to offer you a competitive salary package that values your relevant background and that’s in line with market values.
