The location of the role is in: Wiesbaden

About the job

Together with a team of 5 other payroll specialists, you will be responsible for the entire area of payroll accounting for all German Group companies with 8 company locations and more than 1200 employees. You will work closely with the Head of HR Germany and his Management team and support our global HR Competence Centre conducting global and local transformation projects together with the local HR management. 

In addition, your tasks will include

  • Operational cooperation and central execution of payroll accounting for the German group companies in the SAP R/3 HR / HCM system
  • Management, professional support and further development of a young team of payroll specialist distributed across several national production sites
  • Central contact person for all payroll-related, collective bargaining and wage and social security issues
  • Management and optimization of internal processes and collaboration in group-wide SAP-HR projects
  • Close cooperation with related departments (especially FP&A) as well as external partners such as auditors or authorities

What we expect from you in terms of


  • Excellent user skills as well as a comprehensive system understanding of SAP R/3 HR
  • High level of expertise in all relevant subject areas, e.g. pension schemes, international assignments, remuneration systems, collective bargaining law


English – Advanced

Any other language is considered as an asset
