RHI Magnesita is seeking an energetic, creative Talent Acquisition Specialist. Do you have a passion for talent? Are you the idea person in the room? Gain experience or hone your experience in high volume recruiting for a global company. If so, join us for part time, contract position with flexible hours and locations. 

The Talent Acquisition Specialist tasks will include:

• Manage high volume of open recruits
• Source and manage resumes through applicant tracking system.
• Promote openings via job boards, job fairs, media and outreach programs.
• Screen and assess candidates for position qualifications
• Coordinate interviews, plant tours and provide hiring support to managers and Supervisors.
• Extend offers and assist candidates with questions they have
• Create, update and post job descriptions and job specifications
• Provide analytical and well documents recruitment reports
• Monitor and apply recruitment best practices
• Promote and represent RHI Magnesita at various public events

About you

Do you have:

• High school diploma or GED plus accredited certification.
• 3+ years talent acquisition work in a manufacturing or similarly fast-paced work environment.
• Must be able to handle fast paced and multi-tasking environment.
• High proficiency with MS Office Suite of products.
• Previous SAP experience is a plus
• Ability to interact with employees, and the public with a calm and professional demeanor, pleasant and clear tone of voice, and follow through with their requests.
• Experience in multi-state environment is preferred.
