Maintenance Prof Senior
SUMMARY:
The Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure the efficient and effective operation of industrial manufacturing equipment and facilities. This role involves planning, scheduling, and managing maintenance tasks, as well as leading a team of Maintenance Planners and Schedulers. The Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Supervisor plays a critical role in optimizing maintenance processes, reducing downtime, and ensuring the reliability of assets.

- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Ensure orders are planned in scheduled by systematic SAP priority.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules for equipment and facilities.
- Prioritize maintenance tasks based on urgency, criticality, and available resources.
- Coordinate the efforts of Maintenance and Engineering during Outages, Shutdowns and Turnarounds.
- Utilize SAP-PM to track work orders, manage spare parts inventory, and generate reports for maintenance activities.
- Prioritize, assign, and track work orders to ensure efficient workflow and minimal downtime.
- Lead a team of Maintenance Planners and Schedulers, providing guidance and support to optimize performance.
- Implement best practices for maintenance planning, reliability, and asset management.
- Work closely with Maintenance Technicians, Engineers, and Operations teams to coordinate maintenance activities.
- Monitor maintenance costs, optimize resource allocation, and support capital projects.
- Generate reports on maintenance performance, downtime analysis, and equipment reliability.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment and asset information, including maintenance history and documentation.
- Make recommendations for asset replacement, upgrades, or modifications as needed.
- Manage spare parts and inventory to ensure timely availability for maintenance tasks.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure the availability of necessary materials and supplies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance within an industrial setting.
- 2-3 years in maintenance planning and supervision preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices, safety standards, and relevant regulations.
- Experience with 5S+Safety, TPM, RCA, FMEA, and Contractor management.
- Previous experience with condition monitoring and spare part management preferred.
- SAP PM, PowerBI/Visplore (or alike), RE software (f.i. ASPM).

- The work is performed outdoors and/or indoors, enduring heat, cold, rain, dust, wind, and other elements.
- Capable of operating various types of office equipment including but not limited to computers, phones, copiers, and scanners.
PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES:
- Physical demands include but are not limited to standing, walking, sitting, bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, climbing, and lifting up to 55 pounds.
