We are seeking a detail‑oriented Payroll Coordinator with hands-on experience processing payroll in ADP and a working knowledge of SuccessFactors. This role supports accurate, timely payroll operations while ensuring employee data is maintained consistently across systems. Key Responsibilities

Payroll Processing

  • Process biweekly/weekly payroll in ADP, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Review and validate timecards, hours worked, and payroll adjustments.
  • Maintain payroll records and employee data with a high level of confidentiality.
  • Assist with payroll reconciliations, audits, and reporting.
  • Support year-end activities and audits.

 

HRIS & Data Management

  • Maintain and update employee information in SuccessFactors, ensuring alignment with ADP.
  • Perform routine data audits to ensure accuracy across HR and payroll systems.
  • Troubleshoot basic data issues and coordinate with HR or IT when needed.
  • Support HR teams with reporting and data pulls from SuccessFactors.

 

Employee Support

  • Respond to employee payroll questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide guidance on pay statements, tax withholdings, and timekeeping issues
  • Collaborate with HR and managers on new hires, terminations, and compensation changes

 

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of payroll experience, preferably in a multi-state environment
  • Hands-on experience processing payroll using ADP (Workforce Now, Run, or similar)
  • Working knowledge of SuccessFactors (Employee Central preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data review)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HR/payroll data audits
  • Familiarity with timekeeping systems
  • Exposure to HRIS or payroll process improvements
