About the Role

The Production Professional Senior will leverage their extensive knowledge and experience in production processes to oversee the daily operations within the Specialties/Sizing department. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize production workflows to enhance operational efficiency while maintaining product quality standards.
• Develop and implement best practices for production processes, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and engineering, to align production activities with market demands and customer requirements.
• Conduct regular assessments of production performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and initiate corrective actions as necessary.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior production team members to foster skill development and professional growth.
• Facilitate training sessions focusing on new equipment and manufacturing techniques to ensure a knowledgeable workforce.

Travel Requirements

Qualifications
