Commercial Execution Specialist

This is a newly created position responsible for planning, reporting, forecasting, and influencing sales and commerical KPI’s. 

Position will be remote but will require quarterly travel for meetings.   



About the job


  • Supports all aspects of Commercial Order Execution.
  • Monitor, develop and report on Pricing strategies to ensure stable margin basis and monitor key indicators to drive business growth.
  • Serve as the lead to control production planning and inventory within specific business unit.
  • Develop ideas and reports to reduce working capital directly with customer facing Sales Professional to achieve accounts receivable reductions.
  • Support analysis of SAP systems on the production side, including Demand Forecast, ZV Scope, MD04 and ZMLAGBESN to provide accurate and timely planning decisions to achieve reduction targets in working inventory and mitigate increases in slow-moving inventory.
  • Develop and continually improving budget process, financial projections, and forecasts.
  • Engage and support the Sales side of the CRM reporting to ensure accuracy of entries into the forecasting platform.
  • Present monthly and quarterly inventory summary reports to the Business unit head and management.


About you


  • 2+ years of working experience with Industrial Commercial Process is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
  • Successful history of working independently
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables), SAP, PowerPoint, and Power BI
  • Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
  • Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly driven, self-motivated, and the ability to think creatively
  • Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese is highly valued
