Sales Director, Process Industries, Americas


The Head of Sales Region is responsible for the achievement for the determined costumer budget (sales volume, turnover and margin) as well as the development of the sales strategy on regional basis, respectively contributing to global basis. This position is the interface between RHIM sales team and our customers. Dealing with legal transactions and the coordination of information referred to the available RHIM guideline of competences are also tasks of the position holder.

The position holder is directly responsible for the regions front line Sales Professionals. 


Additional responsibilities include:

  • Mangeing working capital: receivables & inventory
  • Performing annual and monthly forcasting and budget management
  • Accue and manage key accounts in the region
  • Acquire new clients/ development of existing clients
  • Provide technical customer advisory service
  • Improvement of the Customers with RHI Magnesita products
  • Coordination with internal stakeholders i.e. Construction/Installation (where applicable)


About you:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the Technical Sales/Product Management incl. commercial responsibility (internal or external)

Post secondary education

Sales/Prod Mgmt. experience within RHIM

Advanced technical education (UAS, TU)

Ability to speak Spanish, Portuguese and English

Knowledge of the core processes of the current customers

Basic understanding of refractory materials

Commercial understanding
