Your position

Are you interested in creating customer development plans to support growth and strengthen the relation with our customer in Poland? As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for relationship management and as a primary point of contact, you will obtain orders from the existing market, as well as conduct Market Intelligence to ensure our competitive edge. With the support of a qualified team, you will also see through the entire sales process from offer to cash. During work, you will be traveling (inter)nationally approx. 50% of time. As part of the Sales Steel Eastern Europe team, you will report directly to the Head of Sales Steel Eastern Europe.

 

Your tasks

  • Preparing quotes based on pricing strategies in alignment with RHI Magnesita commercial management standards
  • Conducting price and contract negotiations
  • Demand planning & inventory management
  • Sales forecasting & receivables management, financial planning
  • Bearing responsibility for the Polish legal entity, keeping and veracity of records and accounts in the Polish legal entity

 

Your profile

  • Customer-centric attitude supported by a strong technical and commercial background
  • Being able to understand the unique demands of our client and present them with tailor-made solutions
  • University degree in Metallurgy/Chemistry or Sales and Marketing
  • Relevant working experience in Sales
  • Basic knowledge of Contract Law
  • Established business relations with the local metallurgical plants

 

Languages: Polish – fluent, English – fluent

Nice to have: Profound knowledge of the refractory industry
